Whang-od oggay is the last mambabatok from the tribe Butbut in Buscalan, Kalinga. She has been tattooing for almost 80 years. She's been awarded as Dangal ng Haraya award from NCCA and also she was nominated for the Gawad sa manlilikha ng Bayan. Apo whang-od is truely our treasure in our country.
